The Women In Film MaxMara "Face of the Future®" Award is presented by Women In Film and MaxMara to actresses who have reached a turning point in their careers through their work and contributions to society in film and television. This year, the award goes to 15-year-old Chloë Grace Moretz, the heroine of the acclaimed film "Hugo," which won five Academy Awards.

Shines as Heroine in Academy Award-Winning "Hugo"
"Women In Film" honors women who are creative and lead the entertainment industry. Among these, the MaxMara "Face of the Future®" Award, established in 2006 with MaxMara as a sponsor, is given to actresses at a career turning point, celebrating their remarkable achievements, unique style, and graceful expression. This year's recipient is Chloë Grace Moretz, who delivered a standout performance as Isabelle, the girl who embarks on an adventure with the young protagonist Hugo in "Hugo," the highly anticipated film by master director Martin Scorsese, which garnered a leading five Academy Awards this year, including Best Cinematography and Best Art Direction.

Chloë began her career as a model at age five and as an actress at age six. She continues to make remarkable strides, with an upcoming appearance in Tim Burton's film "Dark Shadows," set for release in May.
Chloë's award recognizes her acting prowess, style, and elegance in her roles. The ceremony is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on June 12 (local time).
