Hermès: A New Adventure with the Carré, "Paris Mon Ami"

Hermès's project to freely enjoy the "Carré" scarf is back this year. Titled "Paris Mon Ami," it invites us on a new adventure. With a limited-time boutique and special edition Carré scarves, there are plenty of unmissable events.

A Colorful Magical World Woven by Carré Scarves and Girls

Hermès's "Carré" scarves are beautifully adorned with motifs depicted with elegance and boldness.
Last year's event, "J’aime mon carré," was held to encourage people to enjoy the Carré more freely. It inspired girls to embrace new styles and embark on adventures through coordination.

This year, under the title "Paris Mon Ami," we are once again invited on a new adventure.

In "Paris Mon Ami," the story begins as Anna from London, Courtney from New York, Kozue from Tokyo, and Ella from Paris reunite with the world of Hermès. This year, the focus is on the Carré scarves and colorful enamel bracelets, as the four girls dive into the streets of Paris to weave their tale.

The adventure unfolds on the website parismonami.com, with various content updated sequentially from September 2011 to February 2012. Photographed by Craig McDean, the images capture their stylish and modern interpretations of silk and enamel bracelets, highlighting the charm of both the Carré and the bracelets.

On October 7th (Friday), the Hermès "Paris Mon Ami" boutique @ Omotesando Hills will open for a limited time, offering a space to experience the "Paris Mon Ami" world firsthand. It will be open until late November (scheduled).

Additionally, there will be the "Silk Caravan" event where you can enjoy coordinating Carré scarves and enamel bracelets, a booklet featuring them transforming freely with combinations of scarves and bracelets, and a special 70cm "Paris Mon Ami" Carré scarf. This special edition Carré will only be available at three locations: the "Paris Mon Ami" boutique @ Omotesando Hills, the Hermès "Paris Mon Ami" Christmas boutique, and the Hermès online boutique Hermes.com, so be sure to check them out.

The Carré can be transformed infinitely depending on the arrangement. I want to try a more sophisticated arrangement using the Carré freely, just like they do.

Finally, the Hermès "Paris Mon Ami" Christmas boutique will open. Also a limited-time event, it will open in December at Tokyo Midtown B1F Atrium, where the colors of the Carré scarves and enamel bracelets will vividly adorn the Christmas season.
