Autumn Fur Pieces Appear in Diverse Expressions
This autumn, a wealth of plush fur items are making their debut. Gucci's fur sandals, with fur spilling over the edges, offer a casual yet luxurious feel. Valentino's inlaid coat and Dior's patchwork mini dress, though crafted with meticulous couture techniques, possess a tangible, real-world appeal.
Fendi's fur charms, from the luxury fur brand, have also become much more popular with an expanded range of variations. Motifs of designer Karl Lagerfeld are also a hit. In the collection, fur trim is added to a sleeveless black dress. Coats and accessories artfully combine multiple types of fur with different colors and textures. A sheer mink dress in pink beige is paired with a short coat and boots, creating a novel and elegant evening look.
Marni, a brand born from the factory that produced Fendi's furs, playfully incorporates fur and leather. A wool coat with wild, tie-dyed fox fur on the sleeves. Suits and dresses gain volume with fur used for waist details and patch pockets. Both feature a balanced, long silhouette. A wide leather belt, fitted like a sash, accentuates the slender long silhouette. A silk blouse with fur sleeves offers a fresh look. Fendi will make its debut at Paris Couture Week in July with Haute Fourrure (haute couture fur).
