Beyond Cosmetics: Mental Well-being and Stress-Free Living!

Hello, everyone in Japan. In this letter, I'd like to write about my beauty methods. So, what kind of beauty practices do you incorporate into your daily routine? When I want to refresh, I occasionally go to a spa, but for me, it's generally very simple. To be beautiful, it's sometimes necessary to think about your appearance, but isn't it more important to consider what you put directly into your body, like food and drinks, incorporate small exercises into your daily life, and maintain a stress-free state? Most of the time, I don't spend much time deciding on my hairstyle, makeup, or outfit for the day. That's because I know what makes me look my best.

Now, let me share what I actually incorporate into my routine.

First, for beauty, I drink "VITA COCO" coconut water every day. It's a fat-free, fat-burning drink that's also very popular among Hollywood celebrities.

Next is the rose water and collagen set, "TSU-YA-BA-RA." It's familiar in Japan, isn't it? Rose water, with its luxurious scent, offers relaxation and healing effects, along with many other beneficial properties like regulating female hormones and providing antiseptic and detoxifying benefits. Collagen, on the other hand, supports beautiful skin and a healthy body, making it an essential item for eternal youth. It comes in individual packets, so I always carry it with me and add it to my tea or other beverages.

For cosmetics, I love Estée Lauder's serum, "Advanced Night Repair." I use it every night before bed. For anti-aging care, I also use La Prairie.

Small daily habits can also be a form of exercise. I always wear heels, even for a night out when I'm exhausted. Not only does it train my legs, but heels also make a woman's legs look beautiful, don't they? On sunny days, I also cycle along the Hudson River, which stretches from uptown to downtown. It's both exercise and a way to refresh my mind – killing two birds with one stone.

And the biggest secret to beauty is "not accumulating stress"! My way of relieving stress is boating. Whether it's a large boat or a small yacht, I love going out on the water and spending time alone without any interruptions. Sunsets, in particular, are a perfect source of healing! I can see the New York twilight from my terrace, so when I have time, I relax and watch it. Still, the ultimate stress reliever is travel! I recently went to Brazil.

And when I'm relaxing at home, I often watch French romantic love story films from the 1960s. It's nice to watch beautiful things. My favorites include Catherine Deneuve in "Belle de Jour" and Anouk Aimée in "A Man and a Woman." Romy Schneider is also one of my favorite actresses.

This marks the end of my short series. Thank you all for following along during this brief period. I hope you've enjoyed a glimpse of New York! I'll let you know if there are any new updates or news. See you again!

With all my heart
