Father's Day Gift Campaign Launched

BEAMS has launched "Father’s Day 〜The Perfect Gift Shop BEAMS〜," a campaign timed for Father's Day on June 21st. In addition to physical stores, gift selection consultations are also available online.

New "Chat Concierge" Service Begins

BEAMS first introduced the "Gift Concierge" service for its "The Perfect Gift Shop BEAMS" campaign during the 2013 Christmas season. This was a pioneering service for a select shop. Customers could apply via the website, and three staff members would propose suitable items within 24 hours. The service, linked with the online shop, allowed access even for those without a nearby store, garnering attention as an innovative initiative.

The Father's Day gift campaign utilizing this service starts on Friday, May 29th. A new feature, "Chat Concierge," available on a special smartphone site and the online shop, has been added. From Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 19th, between 11 AM and 5 PM on weekdays, BEAMS staff will respond in real-time to inquiries submitted via the web, offering support for gift selection. (Support may be limited depending on the situation.)

Additionally, each store will offer gift wrapping with limited-edition message cards. Furthermore, customers who shop with their children will receive an original bandana. Why not find a memorable gift at BEAMS, where they attentively cater to diverse needs?
