Timeless Elegance Fusing Japanese and Italian Craftsmanship
"T Factory" is an ongoing project that invites emerging creators to develop limited editions and capsule collections.
For its third iteration, Maiko Kurogouchi was chosen for her exceptional talent and passion for traditional Japanese crafts. TOD’S shares this same passion for Italian craftsmanship, and their mutual interest in craft inspired the development of the apparel and accessories as a unified module.

Kurogouchi states that the collection was created with the aim of making daily life simpler and more beautiful.
This philosophy permeates the capsule collection, offering a timeless lineup designed to accompany women through various scenes, from business meetings to countryside excursions, enhancing their sophisticated poise.
Inspired by TOD’S iconic "D-Styling Bag," the Boston bag was designed to ideally hold all the essentials for a short trip.

Craftsmanship is evident throughout, with leather tape used for bonding, leather embroidery that echoes traditional Kogin-zashi, and materials ranging from silk to supple leather, all showcasing a masterful fusion of Italian and Japanese expertise.
The collection includes outerwear, blouses, and trousers, as well as shoes and bags. By limiting the color palette to black, navy blue, and beige, the pieces achieve a high degree of fluidity, emphasizing the modular concept.
