Hajime Sorayama's Artistic Interpretation of Mizuno's Structural Design

Hajime Sorayama is a legendary figure both in Japan and internationally, known for his works that pursue the beauty of the human body and machinery with astonishing realism.

He has avant-gardely evolved hyperrealism using airbrush techniques with his unique perspective, and his 'Sexy Robot' series, created since 1978, has garnered global attention.
The WAVE PROPHECY SORAYAMA features Mizuno's accumulated structural technology, with the unique 'INFINITY WAVE' sole unit updated under the supervision of Hajime Sorayama.

Compared to the traditional 'INFINITY WAVE,' this sole structure offers improved flexibility and reduced weight. The outsole, designed with the image of sneakers floating in the air, features a large hollow space, and the midsole incorporates semi-transparent parts.
The futuristic, semi-transparent upper uses a permeable resin, accented with a silver Runbird logo.

The heel features metallic silver parts, and the "SORAYAMA" logo is embedded on the inside of the sole as a mark of Hajime Sorayama's design.
The main visuals and video were created by YOSHIROTTEN and others, further enhancing the world of the artwork.
