Twisted Shoes Evolve After Six Years

Atelier MIHARA YASUHIRO has announced the release of its custom-made "Twisted Shoes." Orders will be accepted for a limited time at the Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO Omotesando Hills store, from Saturday, August 14th to Sunday, September 5th, 2021.

Leather Shoes with a Unique Look and Refined Elegance

Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO, which began as a shoe brand in 1996, continues to attract attention with its unconventional ideas and deeply considered design work.

At the "Atelier MIHARA YASUHIRO" located within the Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO Omotesando Hills store, a master shoemaker crafts leather shoes by hand.

It is from this Atelier MIHARA YASUHIRO, brimming with craftsmanship, that the custom-made "Twisted Shoes" are being released.

This model is an updated version of the Twisted Shoes that first appeared in the 2015-16 Autumn/Winter collection. By intentionally creating wrinkles, a unique look is achieved through the displacement of parts, resulting in these distinctive leather shoes.

This time, the Goodyear welt construction is employed, which molds to the shape of the foot. This ensures a comfortable fit that becomes more familiar with each wear.

Each pair is meticulously finished by the atelier's master shoemaker. The uneven coloring develops into a tasteful patina over time, offering a unique aging process that can be enjoyed.

Available in three color variations: GREY, L.BROWN, and BLACK. Orders will be accepted for a limited time from Saturday, August 14th to Sunday, September 5th, at the Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO Omotesando Hills store.
