“In Football We Trust”—Y-3 is releasing a limited capsule collection, imbued with anticipation for the "2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil" taking place in June. Sales will commence on Friday, April 18th, exclusively at Y-3 directly managed stores in Japan.

2014: A Year for Football!

Y-3 has always defined sport from a neutral standpoint. This limited capsule collection, however, focuses on the sport of football itself.

The main slogan, "In Football We Trust," draws inspiration from 1950s iconography. The simple graphic, depicting the symbolic act of a handshake, represents a spirit that values fair play both on and off the pitch, inspired by sportsmanship.

The compact capsule collection, featuring apparel, footwear, and accessories, adds elegant accents to the foundational sportswear through elements such as monochrome palettes, leather trims, refined track materials, and smooth satin.

The apparel range includes the "Tango" polo shirt with fabric patches, the "Shake Hands" T-shirt, and the "Letterman" bomber jacket.

Furthermore, the "HONJA," footwear that appears in various models each season and has gained popularity, will be released as the concluding item of the collection.
