Boots, Running Shoes, and Skate Shoes in the Lineup

MINOTAUR INST. offers fashion items that uphold traditional and timeless techniques while pursuing the comfort and functionality demanded by contemporary life.

Each piece, from the stitching to the smallest detail, is crafted with a playful spirit, resulting in chic designs that are effortlessly wearable.

Three new models have now been released.

The "MINOTAUR INST. ECCO DYNEEMA LEATHER BOOTS" are based on authentic functional footwear that received the GOLD WINNER award in the Hiking & Trekking Footwear category at ISPO Award 2018, a prestigious accolade in the outdoor and sports industry.

Updated by MINOTAUR INST. with a military design utilizing technical materials.

The upper is crafted from "Dyneema®️ processed leather." ECCO Leather B.V. developed this lightweight, ultra-thin yet high-strength leather in collaboration with DSM Dyneema.

The interior features a waterproof membrane. The midsole utilizes PU "FLUIDFORM™." This PU material boasts twice the shock absorption of traditional ECCO PU materials and maintains flexibility even in temperatures as low as -40°C.

Enjoy comfortable wear in both urban and outdoor settings. The high-grip, durable outsole and the snug heel counter provide stability on uneven terrain.

The "MINOTAUR INST. ECCO DYNEEMA LEATHER RUNNNING SHOES" also feature "Dyneema®️ processed leather" on the upper and a waterproof membrane interior.

They incorporate the "BIOM" sole, inspired by barefoot African runners, designed to bring the foot as close as possible to a barefoot running experience.

The human foot, with its 26 bones, 107 ligaments, and 32 muscles, works in concert to adapt to the ground with each step and maintain body balance. The "BIOM" sole focuses not only on cushioning impact but also on supporting the foot's natural movement and enhancing the body's inherent capabilities.

Instead of laces, they are equipped with a "BOA closure system" dial. Turning the dial tightens the wire, evenly securing the shoe. Its one-touch operation makes it simple to use.

These running shoes, designed to express the natural movement of the foot, are truly "close to the human foot" in their convenience and design.

Finally, the "MINOTAUR INST. ECCO BUFFALO LEATHER SKATE SHOES" present a striking, simple form.
ECCO's proprietary FLUIDFORM™ Technology (direct injection) creates a comfortable, lightweight sole combined with materials offering excellent stretch and cushioning. These are tough yet lightweight, comfortable skate shoes.

The upper is made of "buffalo leather." The natural grain of the water buffalo hide is elegantly transformed through drum tanning. It is characterized by its resistance to abrasion, softness, and elasticity. As it comes from an aquatic animal, it also offers water resistance.
