Sports Apparel Line "MTRCWX" Launches
DOMESTIC brand "MINOTAUR," gaining global attention after receiving acclaim at "Pitti Uomo," one of the world's largest men's ready-to-wear trade shows, has launched "MTRCWX," a sports apparel line in collaboration with Wacoal's functional conditioning wear "CW-X."

Streetwear Elevated to Sportswear
MINOTAUR has previously curated the "CW-X Conditioning Store Aoyama," proposing a fusion of streetwear and sportswear. This concept has now been realized in concrete products for the first time.
As the first installment of the jointly developed apparel line MTRCWX, items adopting "Cocona® natural technology™"—which embeds palm-derived minerals into polyester fibers—have been announced.
The yarn, with its increased surface area due to the fine porous material (Cocona® powder) obtained by high-temperature treatment of coconut shells, absorbs and diffuses sweat moisture, drying quickly. This suppresses uncomfortable stickiness and supports comfortable exercise.
Furthermore, stretchable fabric with CW-X's signature stretch function is enhanced with waterproofing and windproofing. The water-repellent zipper on the front is also diagonally placed to avoid hindering movement.
And with MINOTAUR's pattern-making expertise, the designs are fashionable enough for the street, despite being sportswear. The line is also unisex, making it recommended for women who enjoy running.
Limited-Time Shops Open in Shibuya Parco and Kyoto Fujii Daimaru
To commemorate the launch, a limited-time shop will be held at Shibuya PARCO PART1 1F until February 26 (Tuesday). Additionally, a pop-up shop will open at Kyoto's Fujii Daimaru starting March 1 (Friday). The shops will feature MTRCWX, collaboration products by CW-X and Keiichi Tanaami, a leading psychedelic artist, as well as CW-X running items. Handling has also commenced at CW-X Conditioning Store Aoyama, MINOTAUR TOKYO, and MINOTAUR FUKUOKA.
