JOHN LOBB's "By Request" service allows you to order a special pair from a wide selection of styles.

Choose from over 100 styles, including Oxfords, Derbies, buckles, loafers, and boots, drawing from our archives. Furthermore, we accommodate detailed requests for materials, sizes, and other elements.

Shoes made through "By Request" are crafted one by one with meticulous care by JOHN LOBB's skilled artisans, using only the finest, carefully selected materials. We offer everything from full-grain leather, suede, and museum calf, to exotic leathers such as crocodile and lizard.


Buckles can be selected from gold, rose gold, gunmetal, or palladium, accentuating the shoe's design. You can also choose your preferred sole, such as the classic leather sole or a functional rubber sole, to match the model.

Depending on the model, you can also have your initials embossed on the insole, making your pair even more special.
