VALENTINO announced limited edition sneakers in collaboration with Onitsuka Tiger at its 2020 Autumn/Winter Paris Men's Collection held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

Born from this collaboration is a limited edition model that reinterprets Onitsuka Tiger's iconic "MEXICO 66™ SD" by Valentino's Creative Director, Pierpaolo Piccioli.

The design is striking, with Valentino's "V" logo boldly emblazoned over the Onitsuka Tiger stripes on the outer side of the upper. Each print is reportedly applied by hand.

The tongue and insole feature logos created for this collaboration, combining both brands. The midsole utilizes highly cushioned material, while the outsole is made with the brand's unique durable and grippy material.

Neon pink, yellow, and orange, along with a clean white version, are scheduled for release at select Valentino flagship stores worldwide and on the official online site.

Furthermore, a single limited edition model featuring Onitsuka Tiger's signature "Tricolore" color scheme will be available at select Onitsuka Tiger flagship stores and its official online site. The release is planned for around Summer 2020, with details such as pricing and retail locations to be announced sequentially.
