Water buffalo leather offers a refined texture, supple feel, and impressive durability. The specific material known as "No. 66 Water Buffalo" is considered among the finest natural leathers. COACH has utilized this No. 66 Water Buffalo since its inception, and now, a new collection honoring this lineage has been unveiled. To mark the release, a film has been produced, expressing the brand's craftsmanship through a unique lens.
This "Water Buffalo Collection," released as part of the summer lineup, features the heritage leather, which ages beautifully, combined with modern designs accented by angular lines and vivid colorways.
The collection includes wallets, passport cases, and card cases. Each item is embossed with a summary of the water buffalo motif and its history in English.
The Water Buffalo Collection presents the brand's heritage material as a contemporary product, finished with vibrant color contrasts and functional, minimalist designs. A new masterpiece, embodying both a fresh aesthetic and timeless appeal, has been added to COACH's storied history.
