New Lasts & Designs Signal Autumn/Winter Trends
The 2015-16 Autumn/Winter collection unveiled the full scope of a reborn John Lobb, as envisioned by Paula Gerbase, the brand's new Artistic Director. The presentation showcased not only the three highly anticipated models—MORVAL, COMBE, and GROVE—crafted on the new 0015 last, but also a host of other new creations.

The "FOWEY" Year Model, Scheduled for Release in 2016
Among the twelve new models presented in the 2015-16 Autumn/Winter collection, besides the three models—MORVAL, COMBE, and GROVE—introduced in the previous report, the "FOWEY" model also garnered significant attention. Despite being on the 8695 last, its status as a Prestige line model and its refined appearance as a single-eyelet boot became a talking point at the venue. This "FOWEY" is slated for release in 2016 as a year model.
Fresh Combinations of Calf and Suede
Further notable among the new models were those combining calf and suede. Four models emerged: the double-buckle "OAKE" boot on the 7000 last, the single-buckle "EASTON" on the same last, and the slip-on "WELLS" and "ASH" featuring the new, slender 0215 last.
"OAKE" and "EASTON" belong to the Prestige line, with the suede paneling on the buckle area enhancing their elegant appeal.
Also noteworthy is the "COAST," a single-buckle model on the 7000 last, crafted from a single piece of calf leather, evoking the style of the popular "JERMYN" model.
Understanding the Evolution of Classic Shoes
