FAIRFAX, a tie brand that Japan is proud of, takes a thorough approach to men's suit styles. To embody the styles it proposes, the brand produces its own shirts. This time, we will introduce two shirts from their collection: one in pinpoint oxford and another in dobby stripe, both featuring a wide spread collar.

Originality Born from a Mix of Global Influences

FAIRFAX proposes a tied-up style that filters the moods of NY, London, Milan, and Tokyo, based on American traditionalism. The manufacturing policy, "Be a boldly conservative man," is as strong as its ties, extending to its shirts.

The pinpoint oxford fabric, woven with fine, high-twist yarns, offers a look that can freely transition between dress and business casual, thanks to the casual impression of oxford cloth and the luster of premium cotton.

The dobby stripe shirt exudes a sensual sheen while maintaining a masculine, traditional atmosphere. Its texture is exceptionally smooth and supple, providing a flexible feel without sacrificing crispness.

These fabrics were commissioned from Albini, a venerable Italian manufacturer founded in 1876 and one of the country's three major fabric makers. This luxurious material is then finished with Japan's renowned high-quality sewing techniques. The shirts, designed with tailoring principles in mind, fit the body comfortably without restricting movement, creating a beautiful silhouette that is not easily affected by body type differences.

Furthermore, the three-dimensional form extends to the collar, greatly contributing to the creation of an elegant V-zone.

The two shirts introduced here each feature a British-style wide spread collar. Combined with rugged stitching rooted in American traditionalism, they impart a relaxed yet sharp, masculine impression when tied up.

Extra-fine fabrics, innovative techniques from traditional methods, Anglo-American design and mindset, and accents applied with an awareness of global trends – these elements create a hybrid masculine image that is both luxurious and responsive to contemporary needs.
