MIHARAYASUHIRO Launches Business Shoe Collection
MIHARAYASUHIRO
A New Chapter for the Brand
Launching a Business Shoe Collection
MIHARAYASUHIRO, which debuted as a footwear brand, is now proposing a new initiative based on its vast accumulated data: business shoes. This collection, which strikes an exquisite balance between the brand's design sensibility and the essential elements required in a business setting, confirms that Yasuhiro Mihara has stepped onto a new stage.

An Ambitious Collection Bridging Mode and Business
Mihara Yasuhiro's first foray into business shoes offers four styles: the wholecut oxford, the wingtip oxford, the double monk strap, and the bit loafer. Each is available in three colors, with the distinctive uneven brown and navy shades exuding a unique atmosphere where formality and mode coexist. While presented as business shoes, their design, instantly recognizable as "Mihara," expresses the brand's identity without compromise.
Within the classical and authentic designs lies Mihara Yasuhiro's signature technique: "aburidashi" (scorching and revealing). This dynamic technique involves covering the shoe's parts with leather, allowing the contours to emerge once more. It is masterfully integrated into the simple design of these business shoes.
Particularly noteworthy is the comfort. The adoption of cup insoles eliminates heel slippage, ensuring no fatigue even during extended wear. Furthermore, the carefully selected lasts create a form that bridges classic and modern, while fitting the Japanese foot shape.
