For Spring Summer 2014,MARGARET HOWELLThe men's collection is characterized by its use of natural fabrics like cotton and linen, which evoke texture, all based on previous archive collections.
A departure from last season's theme of "Light Feeling," this season refines the "dense texture" of materials, brought to the forefront, through design and silhouette.

CHAPTER 1
A New Collection That Captures the Essence of Spring Fabrics
Styling features short-length tops paired with wide-leg trousers, a key look this season, exuding an elegant air within a masculine framework. The color palette is primarily tone-on-tone, with gradients of grey and ecru, accented by orange and blue, referred to as "tobacco."

Margaret Howell's Latest Interview: Comfortable Clothes Born from Intuition
This is Margaret's first appearance on OPENERS in approximately three years, since the Autumn/Winter 2010 collection. She greeted us with a smile in the Margaret Howell press room and began to speak.

Every season, Margaret Howell x Fox Brothers proposes clean, set-up ensembles. This season's offerings come in navy, grey, and black, with a particular focus on navy. All four patterns offered in the set-up (plain tropical, P.O.W., stripe, and Prince of Wales check) are available in navy.

Menswear Fashion Director Yukio Akamine Discusses Margaret Howell x Fox Brothers
Yukio Akamine, a menswear fashion director known throughout the industry, heads the design company "Incontro." Through dialogue with his clients for his own brand, "Akamine Royal Line," he crafts garments that "reflect the wearer's life and balance their aura." We spoke with Akamine, who has been acquainted with Margaret Howell for 30 years, at the Incontro atelier.
