A shop boasting the "longest fixture" among FREITAG stores worldwide has arrived
"FREITAG Store Tokyo Shibuya" is located between Cat Street, a stylish street lined with fashion shops, and the sophisticated Meiji Dori, and features a tunnel-like through-passage design.
The design was handled by Zurich-based spillmann echsle architekten ag and Japan's TORAFU ARCHITECTS, and its appeal lies in its accessibility from both Cat Street and Meiji Dori.
Welcoming guests at this "longest" shop is a FREITAG wall, comprised of the award-winning V30 FREITAG Skid, a dedicated fixture. Its drawers hold approximately 1,400 materials and parts, and about 60 finished products, creating an impressive display.
Furthermore, the store includes a space where guests can create their own original bags, as well as a repair area, allowing for simple repairs to be made on-site.
The green curtain visible across Meiji Dori from inside the store hints at the arrival of autumn, promising a pleasant shopping experience.
