Vol. 36: Authentic Boots
Yusuke“When it comes to footwear, the foundation of a man's style, I believe boots are the most stylish option, though of course it depends on the accompanying attire. Among them, heritage boots, crafted with methods passed down through generations, represent the ultimate form of perfection through polished skill and refined details. There are men across the globe who deeply admire their style. This time, I've selected a few of these absolute classics.
The selections are all renowned pieces from Britain, Italy, America, and France. With these boots anchoring your look, even a relaxed top will appear sharp. For women, having excellent bags and shoes can bring an outfit together; this might be a similar feeling.
I wore John Lobb's Chelsea boots for this feature, and this style remains my favorite. Some fashion connoisseurs are so devoted that they exclusively wear Chelsea boots. Their minimalist, laceless form is the epitome of modern design. It's aspirational to be the kind of man who can effortlessly incorporate such boots into his wardrobe and wear them with ease, matching them to his outfits.”
