Yusuke“For the past few years, my summer staple has been the straw hat. Elegant hats like the center-crease fedora are wonderful, but they feel a bit too ‘suave gentleman’ for me. I find hats with slightly unique shapes easier to wear, so I favor Borsalino’s ‘Optimo’.”
“I prefer a wider brim that doesn’t make my cheekbones look prominent when I wear it. This time, I’ve selected a range from basic styles to more distinctive ones. For hat novices, I’d advise against trying too hard to look cool right away. If you approach it with the mindset of simply wearing it for sun protection, I think it will naturally come together.”
