Vol. 4: "A Gentle Country Jacket!" Special Edition - LOEWE
This ongoing series features items that Editor Demon King Tomoki Yusuke finds particularly compelling right now, presented with his unique perspective. This time, as the autumn air begins to settle in, the spotlight is on country-style jackets crafted from materials like corduroy and tweed. As British-inspired styles gain traction this autumn and winter, these fabrics are seeing renewed attention, and Editor Demon King is casting a keen eye upon them.

LOEWE
TomokiThis season, the canvas tote is the accessory that has captured my attention the most. The subtly faded graphic, the way the logo is applied, and the color tone of the canvas—everything comes together beautifully. It’s a prime example of what happens when a luxury brand takes a working-class motif and crafts it with genuine seriousness.
Despite its simple form, the balance is excellent, and the interior’s soft, supple nubuck lining is also a compelling feature. The actual size available for purchase will be slightly smaller than this, which I believe will further enhance its usability. ¥227,000 (W47×H33×D24cm) (LOEWE / LOEWE JAPAN CUSTOMER SERVICE 03-6215-6116) *Scarf tied is the owner's personal item.
