A Message for the Present and Future

Sendai's select shop 'Delicious' was founded in 2009 by friends born in the 1980s, deeply influenced by 90s street subcultures including fashion, music, skate, and art.

This collaboration bag was born when JanSport selected Delicious for its Signature Series and offered them the design opportunity.

The design incorporates motifs of 'Sendai's city silhouette at night,' symbolizing the hope that dawn will break over the 'Land of the Rising Sun,' and 'bullfighting.' The bags are inscribed with 'From dusk till dawn…,' conveying a message of mindset and hope from Tohoku, Sendai, for the present and the future.

Collaboration T-shirts with Beetle Bailey Also Arrive

Though not widely known in Japan, 'Beetle Bailey' is one of America's national comic strips, alongside Mickey Mouse and Peanuts. It has been serialized in newspapers, including the Herald Tribune, for over 50 years since its debut in 1950.

Delicious is releasing T-shirts based on this American comic strip, which depicts the somewhat leisurely life of soldiers with unique characters like Beetle Bailey, Sergeant Snorkel, and General Halftrack, set in Camp Swampy.

New Additions to the Classic Right Pack Series Also Worth Noticing

The body of this JanSport x Delicious collaboration bag uses the classic Right Pack series, born in 1990. It's finished with a suede leather bottom and durable Cordura nylon, designed to carry heavy textbooks and outdoor gear.

The main compartment includes a sleeve for storing laptops up to 15 inches, accommodating digital gadgets. The four new colors, reflecting autumn and winter trends, are also noteworthy.
