The military line, "NLST (Enlist)," from the NY brand R13" which we featured in this series as a rock, sexy, and modern denim brand. At first glance, the lineup appears basic, but the meticulous exploration of silhouettes and fine details results in many innovative shapes and proportions. There are no compromises on quality either, with all fabrics being Japanese-made.

NLST launched with its Spring/Summer 2014 collection and has been part of the lineup at JOURNAL STANDARD Omotesando since its first season. As its name suggests, the military line features many items with a masculine feel, such as camouflage patterns and khaki. However, upon closer inspection, each piece is enhanced with feminine touches, which is part of its charm. Adding just one item can make a significant difference when you want to achieve a relaxed feel in your outfit.

This autumn/winter, "ARMY" and "NAVY" are the two major themes, with all items being simple yet possessing a unique twist.
