Limited Edition Items Debut, Merging Two "Traditions"

To commemorate Lanvin's 120th anniversary, LANVIN en Bleu has "remade" a signature style from Converse, a brand equally proud of its tradition in casual footwear, and announced a limited-edition sneaker.

The "Chevron & Star" in Lanvin Colors

Converse, a casual footwear brand that consistently generates buzz through collaborations with highly sensitive designers, continues to evolve. They achieve this by reinterpreting the brand's heritage icons in a contemporary way, or by refining the functionality of classic styles while maintaining their original aesthetic to enhance comfort.

Perhaps finding common ground in this balance of classic and contemporary, LANVIN en Bleu has "remade" Converse footwear to create new sneakers.

120th Anniversary Limited Edition "Parent and Child Heart" Mark

The off-white body is accented with Lanvin's signature navy. This color appears on Converse's iconic Chevron & Star logo, as well as the shoelaces and trim. The laces themselves are Lanvin's characteristic grosgrain ribbon. The limited-edition illustration for Lanvin's 120th anniversary, the "Parent and Child Heart" mark, offers its blessings from the underside of the ankle.
These items are the result of a collaboration between two brands, each with a proud "tradition" in their respective fields. Only 120 individuals will be able to own them. Be sure to visit your nearest shop on September 10th (scheduled).
