A Modern Cinderella

TOD'S ventures into the next generation of the web. The key to unlocking this new world is the brand's web channel, a digital wonder room that invites exploration, and a communication platform where old and new converge.
To celebrate this occasion and reflect a contemporary spirit, a short film was created, starring Gwyneth Paltrow and directed by Dennis Hopper.

Produced by Emanuele Della Valle and Marin Hopper, this work is a tribute to the brand's iconic "PASHMY BAG." It has been publicly available since September 25, 2008, via the web TV channel on www.tods.com.

Gwyneth Paltrow, who stars in this short film, plays a woman pursued by paparazzi and an Italian journalist, played by Daniele Savoca, who is trying to return her bag. In their pursuit, they find themselves at a glamorous ball in Rome. It's the perfect fairytale for a modern Cinderella.

"PASHMY DREAM" Dinner & Party

The world premiere of the short film took place on September 24th at a dinner and party hosted by Diego Della Valle, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Dennis Hopper in Milan.
