Focus on SHIPS' Business Coordination

This season's theme at SHIPS, "Elegant Highlander," evokes people living in the Scottish and Irish highlands, and urban dwellers spending their holidays in their own way. The focus is on an elegant atmosphere, neatly put together with jackets and trousers, rather than sportiness, making it versatile for weekday to weekend business styles.

"For business scenes, we've added a seasonal British touch to the orthodox 'navy + gray' combination with a shirt and tie. The classic styling feels refreshingly new. The trousers are a light gray for a sense of lightness, and we're using a large-patterned London stripe shirt and a monochrome tie to express individuality."

"The jacket is SHIPS' original houndstooth, and the trousers are Incotex's 'Slim Fit.' Keeping in mind this season's theme, 'Elegant Highlander,' I've tried to wear the noble British feel in a soft way. A shirt with a clear pinstripe in a warm wine color, and a dark purple tie for an accent. It has a calm atmosphere suitable for both business and weekends."

*Next time, we will introduce "Casual Style."
