Hankyu Men's Tokyo's "2014 Spring Night ~Pop Up Gentleman" is set to be held on the evening of Friday, February 28th. This event, celebrating spring fashion throughout the entire store, will feature various collaborations with fashion media, capturing the vibrant and passionate spirit of Brazil, host of the Soccer World Cup.
OPENERS will host the Special JAZZ/CROSSOVER SESSION “Shuya OkinoSession Live” (KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE) and the talk show “Goro Yamada x Shuya Okino x Norio Osumi.” We are inviting 10 couples, 20 people, to this unmissable one-night-only event!

Hankyu Men's Tokyo's Theme for March: "Pop Up Gentleman"
Held on Friday, February 28th, Hankyu Men's Tokyo's "2014 Spring Night ~Pop Up Gentleman" is an exclusive fashion event for invited guests, spanning the entire store from the basement to the 8th floor. For three hours, from 7 PM to 10 PM, each floor will host fashion shows, mini-events, dance performances, and photo opportunities with models, a popular feature from the previous event. The complimentary drinks served on each floor are also a consistent highlight.
This time, OPENERS is partnering with Hankyu Men's Tokyo to present a talk show and special live performance on the 1st floor. Don't miss this chance to apply for a premium event heralding the start of spring fashion!

Goro Yamada | YAMADA Goro
Born in Tokyo in 1958. Editor and critic. While studying at Sophia University's Faculty of Liberal Arts, he spent a year studying Western art history at the University of Salzburg, Austria. After graduating, he joined Kodansha, where he served as editor-in-chief of "Hot-Dog PRESS" and head of the general editorial department before going freelance. He currently lectures and writes on a wide range of topics including watches, fashion, Western art, and urban development.

Shuya Okino | OKINO Shuya
DJ / Creative Director. His release "ECLIPSE" under the name KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE, celebrating his 20th anniversary this year, became the first by a Japanese artist to reach No. 1 on the BBC Radio ZUBB chart for three consecutive weeks. He has been invited to perform as a DJ/artist in 35 countries and 140 cities worldwide, and has been featured by CNN and Billboard, making him one of the few Japanese musicians capable of meeting global standards. In January 2014, he released "DESTINY replayed by ROOT SOUL," which topped the iTunes Dance Album Chart. He currently publishes original mixes on Mixcloud along with travelogues."Jazzin' Trip"is currently serialized on OPENERS.

Norio Osumi | OSUMI Norio
Born in Kumamoto City in 1954. After working in advertising and public relations for a specialty fashion store, he worked as a product planning and advertising production director, and as a magazine editor. In 2006, he participated in the establishment of Shichiyo Inc., a company envisioning the future of internet media, where he became Executive Director and Senior Vice President. In 2011, he took on the role of Supervisory Director at More Trees Design Inc., a company established to create new markets utilizing Japanese timber, in conjunction with the activities of More Trees, a forest conservation organization aimed at creating a platform for afforestation and forest development activities.More Trees
