A new styling emerges from a color palette inspired by the works of Manchester-born British painter L.S. Lowry, for Autumn/Winter 2011.Margaret HowellMenswear. Harris Tweed, wool, and down, evoking the season, are styled with a base of grayish tones accented by warm colors like orange, red, and bordeaux. This allows for playful use of color, as well as simple, elegant, or active and individualistic expressions. We want to enjoy the layering season with favorite outerwear and sophisticated, thoughtful styling.

MHL. Pop-Up Store Opening Information
Until November 1st (Tuesday), a limited-time MHL. shop is open at the Nagoya Takashimaya Men's store. Furthermore, from October 26th (Wednesday) to November 1st (Tuesday), a "BRITISH PRODUCTS" limited shop will open at Namba Takashimaya. Each store will offer special gifts and services, so be sure to visit.

The exhibition for MARGARET HOWELL MEN'S SPRING SUMMER 2011-12 was held, as before, at the "Margaret Howell Madeleine" store opposite the Madeleine Church in Paris. Although it was a one-day exhibition, the main line of Margaret Howell and "MHL." offered a sense of new direction. The 2011 Spring/Summer collection is fresh in its approach, drawing inspiration primarily from the archives of the 1980s while translating it into contemporary materials and cuts.
