Kaname Murakami, editor-in-chief of the collection magazine "FASHION NEWS," spends about three weeks each season circuiting London, Paris, and Milan, immersing himself in shows, primarily menswear but also womenswear. When asked about the Margaret Howell men's show held at the brand's flagship Wigmore Street store during London Fashion Week, he commented, "The atmosphere of the clothes comes across well; showing them on a runway with natural light from the shop is very Margaret Howell." He appeared wearing a Margaret Howell cardigan and T-shirt from the current spring/summer collection.

Collaborations with brands that share Margaret Howell's direction are crucial for understanding the brand today. The partnership with Lacota, the official importer of "Alden," America's premier shoemaker, and the developer of the original "Pegman" shoe, is particularly noteworthy. Lacota President Takamasa Chiwaki states, "Upon receiving the collaboration proposal, we examined it from various angles. The result was exactly as imagined on the first try, and after receiving approval from our UK headquarters, the special order Pegman was launched."
