"WA.CLOTH®" is a next-generation high-performance material based on Japanese "paper," gentle on the body and the environment. Made from the fibers of the "abaca" plant, which grows quickly and has a low environmental impact, it is durable and long-lasting, with features that are kind to the body, such as breathability and UV protection.

"CHA CLOTH" is a tea-dyed fiber developed by MN Interfashion and Ito En, a tea product manufacturer, by upcycling the tea grounds generated during the production of green tea beverages like "Oi Ocha." Not only is it environmentally friendly due to its upcycling-based dyeing method, but it also features antibacterial and deodorizing effects from catechins in green tea, making it kind to people as well.

This collaboration between "WA.CLOTH®" and "CHA CLOTH" was realized out of a desire to deliver items that are gentle on both people and the environment to consumers.

Developed over approximately a year and a half with meticulous attention to materials, dyes, and comfort, the "WA.CLOTH®×CHA CLOTH Socks" offer the unique functions of "WA.CLOTH®"—such as moisture absorption and release, a dry feel, deodorization, temperature regulation, and breathability—along with the antibacterial and deodorizing effects from green tea components in the tea grounds.
