Organizing business cards is a common challenge for many professionals. As digital management becomes the norm, moving beyond traditional methods like clear folders and desktop files, KING JIM introduces the "BizRage" digital business card box. This device allows for the digitization and management of a large volume of business cards all at once.

Usable for individuals and as a shared device

The "BizRage" is a digital business card box equipped with a scanner, designed for storing digitized business cards. Simply place business cards in the input tray and press a button to continuously scan approximately 15 cards (estimated) at a time, transferring the data to your computer. The device has internal memory to temporarily store scanned data, which is convenient when you cannot connect to a computer immediately or if the connected computer is not powered on.

Scanned business card data is imported into the dedicated digital business card management software, "DA-1." Thanks to the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function, company names, personal names, and other information are automatically converted into text data, allowing you to search cards by company name, name, or registration date using "DA-1." Furthermore, you can register frequently used cards as favorites for quick access.

Scanned business cards are stored in the "Business Card Storage Box" located at the bottom of the unit, which can hold approximately 800 cards. The main unit supports USB and wired LAN connections, enabling personal use for organizing a large number of cards or shared use by company departments. It's an excellent device that accelerates workflows and frees you from the hassle of searching for a single card among many.
