New Model of Palm-Sized Mouse Scanner Released


A new model has arrived for the "Mouse Scanner," which allows you to capture necessary parts of newspapers, magazines, and documents as image data simply by tracing over them with the mouse. Since its release in 2012, it has been popular for its ability to easily digitize materials. With this new model, the price has also been revamped. Scanning becomes more accessible, smoother, and more familiar.

Recognize Text for Searchability


Using it is simple. Launch the dedicated software, press the scan button on the top of the mouse, and trace over the target object with the mouse. The traced area will appear on your computer screen. Once scanning is complete, press the button again to finish. The scanned data can be edited for trimming and contrast, and the eraser function allows you to delete unnecessary parts. Furthermore, it can be saved not only as image data but also as text using the OCR function.

Scanned images can be saved in one of seven formats, including PDF and JPG. It supports scanning up to A4 size (210 x 297mm). Using the included scanning pad makes it easier to scan small paper documents, which is useful for digitizing and organizing business cards and shop cards.

Scanned images can be pasted into proposals or attached to emails. Since it functions as a mouse for everyday use and can scan immediately when needed, the act of reading and digitizing becomes even more convenient. Requiring no installation space, the mouse scanner will be a great asset for both work and personal use, regardless of location.
