Focus on the design watch "NAVA Design"

POS+ Pop-up Shop Held at Daikanyama Tsutaya Books

"POS+" is a select watch brand featuring unique design watches created by designers from various countries such as the UK, Sweden, and the US, with the concept of "communication accessories." A pop-up shop, fully expressing its worldview, is being held until December 26 (Thursday).

The participating labels in this "POS+ Pop-up Shop" are seven brands: "NAVA Design," "HYGGE," "normal," "VOID WATCHES," "Mr Jones Watches," "phosphor," and "TIME STUDIO STOCKHOLM."

The design watches participating in POS+ have been selected for the collections of world-renowned museums such as the London Design Museum, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and the Stockholm Museum of Modern Art. This year, "NAVA Design," featuring design watches by Benjamin Hubert, one of the most internationally acclaimed young designers, as well as Nendo and Denis Guidone, has also joined the POS+ lineup.

"NAVA Design" is based on the concept of minimalism and irony. By creating designs where time is difficult to tell, it ironically questions the act of trying to know the exact time. In addition, the watches created by internationally renowned designers such as Benjamin Hubert, Nendo, and Denis Guidone are all representative works of modern design history.

In particular, the "PLICATE," a featured item this time, is a watch that embodies three-dimensional multifacetedness, designed by British designer Benjamin Hubert. The watch face is expressed in 3D rather than the traditional 2D graphics of a clock, with its pleats inspired by a folding fan and its asymmetrical clasp by a music festival wristband. The band offers a unique tactile sensation when worn, and its unique silhouette exudes an unparalleled presence.
