Carl Auböck, a metal workshop that has inherited Austrian modernism for four generations and has been internationally re-evaluated in recent years. The interior shop Playmountain, which has a close relationship with them in Japan, has newly planned a bespoke item.

Carl Auböck continues the will and techniques of the founder (1900-1957), who made significant contributions to Austrian modernism. Today, the fourth generation develops objets d'art and accessories using brass.

In recent years, their work has been re-evaluated internationally, including a major retrospective exhibition held at the Wien Museum in 1997.

Bespoke item completed by interior shop Playmountain | Carl Auböck

The interior shop Playmountain, located in Sendagaya, Tokyo, commissioned a bespoke item from the brand, resulting in a newly completed wall hook.

This piece not only functions as a hook but also transforms into an objet d'art when paired with the included wooden base. You can enjoy the unique modern aesthetic characteristic of Auböck. Available in two colors: Brass and Patina.
