ARAHEAM
Crafted Using the "Casting" Technique
ARAHEAM, based in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture, proposes a lifestyle with plants and has recently focused on collaborations with artists and studios. Since 2016, they have partnered with ceramic artist Eishi Miyagi from Tajimi, a renowned Mino ware production area, to develop original planters. Now, new colors—yellow and khaki—are being released.

For the creation of these planters, ARAHEAM teamed up with ceramic artist Eishi Miyagi, who is active in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture.
A key characteristic of Miyagi's work is the use of the "casting" technique with molds. While this method is typically divided among different specialists, Miyagi handles the entire production process within his own studio.
The "MM pot," completed in collaboration with ARAHEAM, features clean, linear forms designed to complement a variety of plants. A matching saucer is included.
The soft indigo and pale tones characteristic of Miyagi's work enhance the plants they hold. Available in two sizes.
