This collection features bird motifs hand-drawn by Akira Minagawa of minä perhonen, and includes glass accessories, porcelain, tote bags, pouches, and keyrings.
Among these, the porcelain series and glass objects are particularly recommended.
The mugs, plates, and bowls adopt the same shapes as the iconic "Teema" collection, designed by Kaj Franck, the "conscience of Finnish design."
The refined silhouettes are adorned with bird motifs, promising to enrich your breakfast or light meal moments. The iconic bird objects, in particular, showcase exquisite glass coloring and unique hues. These are manufactured at Iittala's glass factory in Finland.
The "Iittala X minä perhonen" collection will be rolled out globally from September 2020. In Japan, an early release is planned for July 15 (Wed.) at Iittala shops, the official online store, minä perhonen stores, and lifestyle stores.
