Eyewear shop 'Continuer' reinterprets popular series from 'YUICHI TOYAMA.' A capsule collection featuring soft silhouettes and fresh color palettes has been born.

'Continuer,' an eyewear specialty store, has gained popularity for its empathetic selection and meticulous customer service. 'YUICHI TOYAMA.' has earned global recognition for creating numerous glasses that are both original and designed to fit users' daily lives.

The two have collaborated to announce a capsule collection. The core of this collection is 'YUICHI TOYAMA.'s' 'Double Dutch' series. Inspired by the sport of 'double dutch,' which uses two jump ropes, this series is characterized by its frames, which are constructed with two lines divided at the front joint.

For this collection, the focus was on the history of 'double dutch,' which spread among children in New York in the 1970s. Inspired by the idea that 'children back then might have played with ropes they brought together,' the rims feature different specifications for the top and bottom, representing two ropes. Every detail reflects the opinions of both parties, resulting in the completion of three eyewear models.

In commemoration of this launch, Continuer will host a fair from Saturday, June 6th to Sunday, June 21st. Alongside this capsule collection, a comprehensive selection of 'YUICHI TOYAMA.'s' regular lines and latest works will be available.
