New Item: Kay Bojesen Butter Knife

A butter knife is the newest addition to the "Kay Bojesen Stainless Cutlery" Grand Prix series.
This series, also known for being tableware favored by the Danish royal family and manufactured globally by Tsubame-Sanjo's Oizumi Bussan, is widely used as a world-renowned cutlery brand.
During wartime, when procuring silver was difficult, cutlery made from stainless steel won the Grand Prix at the 1951 Milan Triennale, marking the beginning of the "Grand Prix" series.
The new butter knife, appearing over 50 years after the series' launch, is based on Kay Bojesen's original design and was developed through numerous prototypes. The handle is designed for a comfortable grip, and the small arch at the tip facilitates the optimal angle for spreading butter, resulting in a size that fits perfectly in the hand.
Top: Matte, Bottom: Mirror
It's perfect not only for cutting and spreading butter but also for soft cheeses, pâtés, and rillettes.
Available in two finishes: matte and mirror. We draw attention to this new butter knife, a creation born from the synergy between Denmark's pioneering artistry and the high-level craftsmanship of Tsubame-Sanjo's cutlery makers.
