A Long-Life Calendar Entering Its 32nd Year
This year's calendar features two cover patterns. One is an illustration inspired by a table Nagino calls "Foxy Table." The other is "Skirt," an homage to the works of Allen Jones, a pop artist from the 60s.
It's a monthly tear-off type, with a different illustration for each month. It's fun to imagine what each one is inspired by.
The accompanying booklet, "ZINE," reveals the inspiration behind each motif and their titles. It also includes an archive of cover art from the past 31 years, dating back to its first appearance in 1983, making it interesting to trace the history of this calendar.
Priced at an affordable 1200 yen, it's an item that would make a welcome gift as the year-end approaches.
