Expressing the "Theme of the Match" Through Typography and Artwork

MMA fighter Kaoru Uno will compete in the "Professional Shooto Official Match" held on November 24th, facing Marcus Held (German Top Team / Shooto Germany Champion).

To commemorate his participation in this event, two types of support T-shirts have been released from his brand, "ONEHUNDRED ATHLETIC."

The T-shirt features the word "transition," while the long-sleeve T-shirt bears "attempt." Each word represents Kaoru Uno's theme as he approaches this match, visually expressed through artwork and typography by artist Shu Murakami, Koichiro Takagi, musician JUN (80KIDZ), and designer Go Tokuno.

The prints utilize a thick rubber print technique, lending a three-dimensional texture to the minimalist design. The body features a drop-shoulder cut with a wide body and short length.
