Coca-Cola's Past and Future Unite
A Glass to Be Cherished for Generations
Born in 1886 and loved in over 200 countries and regions worldwide, Coca-Cola has long been a part of lifestyles. The accompanying items, such as bottles and glasses, have captivated many, just like the drink itself. This autumn, a new icon for Coca-Cola is unveiled at Design Week Tokyo.

Installation at "Any Tokyo 2013: Design & Idea"
In 2013, Coca-Cola commissioned designer Thomas Meyerhoffer to create the "Coca-Cola Heritage Glass," a new icon for the brand that carries forward its rich heritage.
"First, we delved into Coca-Cola's archives to return to its origins. We discovered that the glasses created thus far were designed to maximize the experience of drinking Coca-Cola. The effervescent bubbles that burst when poured over ice, the mist and aroma felt on the skin when bringing the glass close to your face, and the refreshing sensation when sipping – these are the magic of Coca-Cola. The 'Coca-Cola Heritage Glass' is also designed with simplicity to allow the full experience of that magic," says Thomas Meyerhoffer.
As its debut event in Tokyo, an art installation is being held at the design event "Any Tokyo 2013: Design & Idea" in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku (Gaienmae), starting October 26th. The installation is handled by Tokyo-based architect Emmanuelle Moureaux.
Limited Edition Packaging Pre-sale at hhstyle.com Aoyama Main Store
The installation features an art object, approximately 3x5 meters, inspired by Coca-Cola's effervescence. Furthermore, during the same period, a pre-sale of the limited edition packaging will take place at the hhstyle.com Aoyama Main Store. We invite you to experience Coca-Cola's initiative that connects its historical legacy with the future.
