The History and Universal Communication of NOOKA

The creative brand "NOOKA" from NY derives its name partly from the ancient word "Amararunk’ thuh," meaning "the future is now," and partly from the sound of a native New Yorker pronouncing "New Yorker," which sounds like "NOOKA."

Furthermore, "NOOKA" is a portmanteau of "New York" and "Osaka," representing the global aesthetic sensibilities of its creators.

This time, Mr. Waldman will visit "SOZ LABORATORY," a directly managed cafe bar created by "SOZ," a creative team that proposes innovative ideas by breaking down barriers across various fields. A networking reception is also planned after the talk show.

The catering for the reception will be handled by Chef Masahiro Yoshikawa, who honed his skills in French and Western cuisine at the Imperial Hotel Osaka, gained experience as a chef at a wine bar in Kitashinchi, expanded his repertoire as a chef and service professional at a popular Umeda wine bar, and is currently showcasing his talents at a NY brand deli shop. He is also scheduled to work as a visiting chef for SOZ in the future.
