Two Weeks of Focus for Interior Enthusiasts, Buyers, and Press Alike!

Exhibition "Ba to Ma" Held Across Two Sessions and Two Venues

H.P.FRANCE's exhibition of interior design, art, and products, "Ba to Ma," is back and enhanced! From Wednesday, October 23rd, the joint trade show "BAtoMA TRADESHOW" (open to the public) will serve as a business platform for buyers and press. The following week, on Thursday, October 31st, INDEX "BAtoMA information," introducing interiors from around the world, will commence. With emerging artists making their Japanese debut, engaging talk events, and a diverse range of exhibitors, this two-week event unfolds in the cultural hubs of Harajuku and Omotesando.

Installations and Seminars to Spark Curiosity

"Ba to Ma" (Place and Space) proposes ways to enrich daily life through interior design and art, creating "places" and "spaces" where "ba" (place) and "ma" (space) are born. It serves not only as a platform for artists and creators to showcase their work but also as a hub for business exchange and information gathering.

This year, the interior trade show "BAtoMA TRADESHOW," focused on business, and the information event "BAtoMA information," which broadly introduces interiors, will be held over two weeks with staggered dates. Both exhibitions are open to the general public.

Theme: "FACTORY"

BAtoMA TRADESHOW, now in its fifth iteration as "Ba to Ma vol.05," presents a fictional "factory" with the theme of "FACTORY." The concept explores: "How are things created and how do they come to exist here?"Within this factory, designed to convey the background of creation, the conversations between exhibitors and visitors, the objects themselves, and the act of exchange take center stage. The narrow, deep booths will showcase a multitude of stories from the items produced in their respective locations and the people involved. It proposes a way for sellers to communicate the background of creation and post-purchase care to consumers.
