A New Spot to Enjoy the Fun and Excitement of Seeing and Touching
In MissionBay's spacious and open cafe area, you can enjoy hearty menu items, including the "Dutch Baby," a German-style pancake that is still little-known in Japan, characterized by its egg-based batter.
The signature Dutch Baby is a German pancake baked in a high-temperature oven after the batter is poured into a hot iron pan. Its edges rise dynamically, offering a delightful combination of crispy and chewy textures. The cutlery is original to MissionBay and can also be purchased in the interior shop, which is a nice touch.
It's an ordinary daily life, yet so rich. Here, things that change and things that remain, new things and timeless things coexist. I once thought I wanted to open a shop like this, to become a shop like this.
There is the saying, Seeing is Believing. We want to make this our important motto." Tsuboi explains the opening of the shop.
In the interior shop space, we offer not only excellent products from Shizuoka Prefecture but also a curated selection of interior goods, kitchenware, tableware, and body care items from around the world – "items that harmoniously blend into various scenes of life."
Furthermore, in addition to the original MissionBay cutlery, the affordable, high-quality, and stylish furniture is also a highlight.
