Fumie Shibata, the first Japanese designer to be appointed in HOLMEGAARD's nearly 200-year history, is a product designer whose work spans stationery, electronics, and numerous design projects. An exhibition centered around her new flower vase, "CADO," will be held from Thursday, March 28th, at Sanwa Company in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo.

"CADO" draws inspiration from Japanese traditional arts, specifically ikebana, reflecting the essence of "cherry blossoms" in glass. Composed of two blown glass pieces in different colors, the lower pink base is ideal for holding flowers and branches, while the clear upper base is suited for arranging petals, small stones, or succulents.

The venue will also showcase new works from the Rosendahl Design Group, presented by "NOMAD," a purveyor of many Danish design brands. The exhibition space will be curated by interior stylist Yumi Nakada. This presents a unique opportunity to enjoy a product-focused styling within a spring-like ambiance.
