The Potter, Adam Silverman, presents his first solo exhibition in three years, held in Tokyo and Kyoto.
What are the new forms born from repeated experimentation?

Adam Silverman was born in New York in 1963. He began his career in architecture and co-founded the fashion brand "X-LARGE" with Mike D of the Beastie Boys. In 2003, he transitioned to pottery and now works as a ceramic artist. His works are part of public collections at institutions such as the Yale University Art Gallery, the Israel Museum, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, earning him high acclaim. In addition to Wakefield, Rhode Island, where he has been based for some time, he has also established a studio in Atwater, California, his original base, and currently works between these two locations. This spring, his first solo exhibition in Japan in three years is scheduled to be held simultaneously in two locations: Tokyo and Kyoto.
