The "GR" series, synonymous with high-end compact digital cameras, welcomes its latest model, the "RICOH GR III," the first update since 2015.
With a complete overhaul of its core devices, including the lens, image sensor, and image processing engine, it further enhances the series' core concepts of high image quality, quick response, and portability. Its body, slightly smaller than previous models, houses a large APS-C size sensor, enabling high-resolution shooting of approximately 24.24 megapixels.
It also features RICOH's proprietary "SR (Shake Reduction)" image stabilization mechanism, providing robust support for intuitive shooting. Furthermore, enhanced smartphone connectivity via dual communication and the adoption of a "USB type-C" connector for charging on the go demonstrate an even greater refinement in usability.
