Second Collaboration with "makerhood": The Knife Roll | Kamaasa Shoten
Kamaasa Shoten
Four pockets in total, for knives and other items.
Kamaasa Shoten, a purveyor of cooking tools established in 1908, has collaborated once again with workwear label makerhood, following last year's partnership.
This time, they've produced a knife roll, a product long requested by users. Based on Kamaasa Shoten's philosophy that "good tools have good principles," this roll emphasizes durability, using denim and canvas in a double-layered design.
It features one pocket on the exterior and three on the interior, perfect for storing peelers, serving chopsticks, recipe notes, tongs, skewers, and more. The denim is black, Kamaasa Shoten's brand color. It won't easily show dirt, and the denim will likely develop a unique texture with use.
