Traditional and Cutting-Edge Techniques Supporting Beautiful Design
The "Minova Ceramic Jewel Knives" are ceramic knives meticulously crafted over 30 months and more than 30 processes, through the collaboration of 14 companies from Mino and Seto, renowned ceramic producing regions, and Seki, Tsubame-Sanjo, renowned metal cutlery regions.
By adopting zirconia jewel ceramic with high abrasion resistance, the material does not rust, and no metal ions are released when cutting fruit, allowing the skin to be peeled off as if it were sticking, without discoloration.
In addition to the functionality of high-end table knives, the renewed models feature bold and sophisticated designs suitable for all genders, with three new variations.
The "Congo" features a luxurious malachite grain from the Congo, Africa, accented with an 18K mesh pattern, while the "Savannah" evokes the lush plants of the savanna. The "Sahara" is inspired by exotic sunsets. All handles are made of ceramic.
The "Minova Ceramic Jewel Knives" are perfect for elegantly slicing cakes and fruits, as well as appetizers like terrines. Their exquisite beauty as knives makes them a centerpiece on the table at gatherings such as afternoon tea or home parties.
